Domestic shipping:
Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $500 within Australia. Items will be posted out once your order has been processed, this would take approx. 2 business days. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking number. Your parcel will be sent with express post and signature on delivery. Orders under $500 will show a postage cost at checkout.
International shipping:
Shipping charges apply to all international purchases. Price will be quotes based on value, destination and location availability by carrier. Your country’s customs may charge an import fee. Purchaser is responsible for all the import taxes duties or other import related fees. You can find more information about import fee s by contacting your customs office directly.
Repairs:
All jewellery has been assessed before listing to ensure integrity. Our estate pieces are sold ‘as is’ and requires thoughtful wear. In the occasion something needs repaired, please email us with a picture of the piece to info@wishartjewellers.com.au . We are happy to provide you an estimate and coordinate necessary work.
Sizing:
If an item needs resizing or shortened, we can do that on request and only if this is possible for that piece of jewellery. Sizing can take up a couple of days to a fortnight depending on the complexity of the item.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefor we do take returns within 5 days of delivery if you have change of mind. Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received it, and including the original packaging. No item will be accepted for return if its worn, damaged or altered. Please contact if you prefer to return the item. You must contact us immediately after delivery if there are any problems regarding the condition of the piece.
Diamonds and Gemstones:
All Diamonds shown on our account are natural, untreated Diamonds unless specifically stated. Jewellery descriptions and gemstone weight stated represent approximates as mounted stone(s) are graded whilst set. Gemstones, pearls and even (old style) diamonds can require special care, please contact us if you have any concerns in looking after your piece.
