Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or have given us consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms, viruses or destructive code. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your services.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission from us.

We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee it is always complete or current.
The material on this site is for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance is at your own risk.

4. PRODUCTS: ESTATE & SECOND-HAND NATURE
All items sold by The Wishart Estate are estate jewellery (pre-owned). Each piece is unique, and natural signs of age or wear are normal and form part of the item’s character.
Products are sold as is, and while we describe and photograph them carefully, variations in appearance may occur.
Due to the nature of estate pieces, all sales are final except in limited circumstances set out in our Refund Policy (damaged in transit or incorrect item received).
5. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE & PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content) without notice at any time.
We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express and typically arrive within 4–6 business days to major cities.
Orders are insured up to $25,000. For orders exceeding this amount, an additional insurance fee may apply.
Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, customs duties or import fees.
Once dispatched, the item becomes the responsibility of the carrier and the buyer. We recommend choosing tracked and insured shipping to protect your purchase. See our Insurance Disclaimer for more information.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the estate nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size or style, or natural signs of age/wear.
If your item arrives damaged in transit or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at verity@wishartjewellers.com.au.
All such claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website—including text, images, product descriptions, logos and design—is the property of The Wishart Estate or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use this content without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Wishart Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, purchase of products or reliance on content.
Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product.
