Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is:

  • 2–5 business days within Australia

  • 7–14 business days for international destinations

Please allow for additional time during peak seasons or promotional events.

Shipping Rates

  • Domestic (Australia-wide): Flat rate of $25 AUD

  • International: Flat rate of $150 AUD

Shipping costs are applied at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

International Orders & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply. Please check your country’s regulations before purchasing.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. The Wishart Estate is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipping fees may apply if an order is returned to us.
